To adjust your collage, you must complete the first three (3) steps in creating a collage. If you would like a step-by-step walk through on creating a collage, check out this article.
Now, there are several things you can do to adjust your collage, they are: 'Adjust Collage Size', 'Change Collage Layout', 'Customize Collage Border' and 'Set a Picture Limit'. These options are found in the shaded area to the left of your collaged picture. Below is a shot of what the page should look like.
Adjust Collage Size
This option allows you to change the size (dimensions) of the collage in terms of its height and width. By default, 400x400 collage is created, you can change this to a size that you would prefer or that would make the collage look better. For example, if you want a horizontal film strip collage you may want to adjust the size to something like '
600x200' (Width=600,Height=200) and change the layout to
'Layout 4' and your collage would look like:

Or, you can make a vertical film strip collage by adjusting the size to something like '200x600' (Width=200,Height=600) and change the layout to 'Layout 6' and your collage would look like:

Of course you can change the amount of pictures to show in your film strip either by selecting more pictures or by setting a picture limit to the exact amount of pictures to show. Remember that depending on the amount of pictures to show, you would want to adjust the size of the collage so that the each picture has fair amount of size otherwise too much of the picture will be cropped out.
When you are finished adjusting the size of the collage, you can hit 'Preview' to see the changes.
Change the Collage Layout
Now you can change the current layout of the collage without having to return to the previous step, only difference is, you wouldn't be able to preview each layout before selecting it as you did in the previous step. So, all you need to do is to select a layout from the drop down list, and
when you are finished, you can hit 'Preview' to see the changes.
Customize the Collage Border
This option allows you to change the width and color of the border on your collage. By default, the width of the border is set to 4 and the color is set to 'Black'. To disable the border, just select '
None' from the drop down list for the with of the border.
Please note that depending on the size of the collage, and the number of pictures in your collage, the border setting will be off a bit. If the collage splits your pictures evenly and the size of the collage is even, everything should be perfect (Best-Case), however, if pictures aren't split that even or the size of the collage isn't that even, it may look a bit off (Worst-Case).
Set Picture Limit?
This option allows you set a limit on how many pictures to show in your collage. It can work as a limit if you select too many pictures and only want to show a few of them, or it can act as a place holder if you select too little pictures but want to extend the amount of pictures shown, but fill the extra places with pictures that you have selected.
