An animation or animated GIF allows you to take a set of pictures and put them together as a little movie. The great thing, about these type of pictures, is that they are saved in the GIF Format which can be used on some of the more popular websites and forums such as MySpace and the lot.

Here, its really easy to create or customize an animation and you can create as many as you want!

Here are some examples of some animations:

Step 1
First, you have to select at least two (2) pictures for your animation. If you are using the site as a Guest will not be able to create an animation, you need to be a member to use this feature. If you are already a member, you can login and simply select Animation from the Home Page providing that you already have pictures in your account, otherwise you will need to upload or import some first. Click here to learn more about uploading a picture to your account.

Step 2
Next, you should be able to select from the pictures that are in Your Gallery for the Animation. Click here to see a larger picture
To select a picture, simply click on it and it should be marked as selected. Remember, the more pictures you select, the larger the Animation becomes, and this may have some undesirable effects when trying to preview the Animation or uploading it to other websites. Try to keep the selection to a minimum!

After you've selected the pictures you want for the Animation, you can select "Continue to the next step" in the area to your right to proceed to the next step.

Step 3
Now, you should be in the area where you can create or customize the animation. Below is a screen shot of what this page looks like.

The first picture in the animation should appear by default. To create or preview the animation using the default settings, select "Start" from the toolbar above or you can select "Play or Start" from the welcome screen.

Depending on the amount of pictures you've included in the animation and the time it takes us to generate it, your animation should appear in just a few seconds (if it doesn't just give it at least 30 seconds before refreshing, it does take a little time sometimes).

And that's it! Now you may want to cuztomize the settings of the animation (like change the delay times for each picture, the size of the animation and more) until you have exactly what you want.
