The Information We Collect:
General Information
This notice applies to all information collected or
submitted on the Picture2Life website. You can register for a free
account which enables you receive updates, and new and upcoming features. The types of
personal information collected on the registration page are:
Email address
Country
IP Addresses
IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you
view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration database
when you register with Picture2Life.
IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including:

To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers
that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific company or
ISP.

information derived from your IP address. Aggregate information derived

The Way We Use Information:
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses
are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website
and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X
number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number
of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not
disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
When you post a message or comment or public picture, your
Picture2Life ID or alias that you are posting under is visible to other
users.
If you post personal information online that is accessible to the
public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
Picture2Life does not rent or sell your personal information.
Finally, we never use or share the personal information about you with other people or
nonaffiliated companies without your consent except to provide products or services
which you have requested.

Accessing, Editing and Deleting Account Information
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct
use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect
online.
- You can change your Picture2Life account information, at any
time, from "Your Settings" after you log in to your account.
- You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by
sending us a request that credibly shows error.
- To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to
verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
- You can delete your Picture2Life account at any time from
"Your Settings" page, after you log in to your account.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Picture2Life may update this policy at any time for any reason. If there are
any significant changes to how we handle personal information, we will send a
notice to the email address specified in your Picture2Life account or by
placing a prominent notice on our site.
